The Fosters: What Happened With Liam?

The Fosters: What Happened With Liam?

So I’m trying to get caught up on my ABC Family shows and posts. First up . . . “The Fosters!”

I’m really enjoying this show a lot, but would like to see more storylines for the grown-ups. I get it’s essentially about the kids, and ABC Family definitely centers on young adult shows/storylines, but I want to know more about the parents. The last episode with Marianna’s quinceanera did go there with the one parent Lena and her own mom, who have a rough past because she’s bi-racial and her mother has constantly told her she’ll never face the challenges a black woman faces. I thought that was a really well done storyline.

The forbidden relationship between Callie and Brandon is actually annoying me. I know we are supposed to be routing for them, and Brandon’s now ex-girl friend was a total beyotch, but honestly all I can think about is how Callie’s gunna screw things up for her younger brother.

Brandon’s ex, who read Callie’s journal, told him to ask Callie about Liam . . . who I believe is the guy she and Jude were staying with before Lena and Stef. Hmmmm, now I’m wondering what happened between them and why Callie really got sent to juvie!

Spoilers for the next three episodes below . . . .

  1. Liam isn’t the guy she was previously living with or at least not the father cause 1) in her journal she wrote that Liam was 17 when they met and 2) the actor who is playing Liam is coming in ep.6 and he is a teen
And I Also hope they don’t put Callie and Brandon together cause its but allowed and Callie and Jude would be taken away from the fosters I don’t think Callie would do anything though to risk that cause Jude is we main priority

  4. Fear takes over your thoughts just as much as happiness, if she’s afraid of him and wondering where he is and if he’ll come to get her in a sense then of course she’s always going to be thinking of him, waiting, horror is hard thing to remove from your thoughts it can be all consuming

  5. There is something we are missing with this whole Liam/Callie situation, something that has not been mentioned yet, but I can’t quite figure out what that is.

I like the dynamic of Brandon and Callie, mainly because she’s doing the right thing stopping him from trying to date her, she’s protecting her baby brother, just like an older sister should.

I know that both the mums said that they couldn’t adopt them, but I have the feeling they will stay. It’s rare for two kids that old to get adopted.

  6. I just came up with something. What if Liam molested Callie for some reason, and told his parents that she hit on him and it was her fault? Because when speaking of him in front of Jude, you can tell that Callie fears him.
