Just some spoilers below for the February 2nd episodes of “Private Practice” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”

During “Grey’s” we have an episode where Meredith wonders what if . . . her mother never died? She had never meet Derek?

On “Private Practice,” an emotional episode dealing with male sexual abuse. Also Cooper and Charlotte face what is to come with Mason and his mom.
