So over the last two episodes of “Grimm” we’ve found out a bit more about Nick and the other beasts out there, but we still have so many questions.

Aunt Marie finally succumbed to death at the hospital, but not because she was killed by the baddies. She continued to fight them off till the end, but the cancer finally took her. I hope we get to see her again, obviously in flashbacks to fill in the story of Nick’s past and his parents. The actress was wonderful in this role, such a change from Meredith’s cold mother on “Grey’s Anatomy.”

The latest episode had Nick being forced to protect the blond Hexenbiest who tried to kill Marie in episode one from a group of Mellifers – bee creatures. By the end of the episode two more twists seemed to be revealed. One, Nick’s Captain is working with the bad guys in some capacity, as he’s in cahoots with the blond. We don’t know if he is a monster yet or not, we haven’t seen him change.

Nick also got a warning from the Queen Mellifer, who was trying to stop the Hexenbiest. She told him that something was coming for him? It appeared that she and her bees were actually on Nick’s side. Does this mean not all the monsters are bad? Or perhaps like Monroe, some had reformed? He did in the initial episode speak of a “church” that was helping him.
