ABC Early December Spoilers: Tis The Season!

As we enter December, be prepared for lots of shows to begin repeats, as well as those Christmas specials we’ve come to love over the years to be played in place of 8’o’clock shows. With some shows going into repeats I think I’m going to finally start making some video blogs for the site, something I’ve wanted to do for awhile now. I’ll discuss shows I watch but don’t have the time to give enough love to on here, spoilers circulating, and just my thoughts in general on TV things.

Anyways, in the spoilers this week, highlights include: A trip to Bermuda for “Ugly Betty,” where Marc is supposed to find a new romance, also includes some awesome guest stars including Shakira. The return of Tommy AND Julia on “Brothers and Sisters.” De Plane De Plane! episode of “Desperate Housewives” we’ve been hearing about for months now (which I believe is their last new show till January). Maggie Seaver (Growing Pains) drops by “Eastwick” to play Roxie’s mother. And a double header of “Private Practice” (no Grey’s) which includes Addison’s mother (JoBeth Williams) showing up to reveal a shocking secret!

ROXIE DISCOVERS A NEWFOUND POWER WHILE ENDURING A VISIT FROM HER MOTHER, DARRYL URGES KAT TO EMBRACE HER HEALING POWERS TO SAVE THE POISONED GRETA AND JOANNA TRIES TO RESURRECT HER WRITING CAREER, ON ABC’S “EASTWICK”

Guest Stars Include Joanna Kerns as “Edie,” Cybill Shepherd as “Eleanor” and Rosanna Arquette as “Greta”

“Tasers and Mind Erasers” – While enduring a visit from her mother, Edie (Joanna Kerns), Roxie discovers a newfound power. After Jamie’s failed attempt to poison Darryl lands Greta Noa (Rosanna Arquette) in the hospital about to die, Darryl urges Kat to embrace her healing abilities so she can save his friend. Meanwhile, as Joanna tries to resurrect her writing career, her rivalry deepens with cocky reporter Max. And Jamie is forced to team up with Bun and Eleanor (Cybill Shepherd) to finish the job on Darryl, on “Eastwick,” WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring are Jack Huston as Jamie Dalton, Darren Criss as Josh Burton, Cybill Shepherd as Eleanor Rougement, Jason George as Max Brody, Rosanna Arquette as Greta Noa, Joanna Kerns as Edie, Steve Hytner as Clyde, Charlene Amoia as nurse #1, Edrickcan Laquan-Loox as nurse #2, Keith Pillow as doctor and John Paul Foster as RJ Gardener.

FAMILY DYSFUNCTION REARS ITS HEAD WHEN BOTH OF ADDISON’S PARENTS ARE IN TOWN, ON TWO BACK-TO-BACK EPISODES OF ABC’S “PRIVATE PRACTICE”

Guest Starring Stephen Collins (“7th Heaven”) as The Captain Montgomery and JoBeth Williams (“Poltergeist”) as Bizzy Forbes Montgomery

Two back-to-back episodes of “Private Practice” on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3 start with
“The Parent Trap” (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), in which Addison performs a complex in utero surgery, proving not only her talents to her father but also finally giving them some common ground. Meanwhile Sam and Naomi deal with their own family crisis when they discover their daughter is growing up way too fast, and Violet does the unthinkable.

In the second episode, “Blowups” (10:00-11:00 p.m.), a terrible explosion at Dell’s house lands Betsey and Heather in the hospital, and everyone is pushed to the limit trying to save their lives. Tensions rise even higher between Addison and The Captain when her mother, Bizzy, shows up and a shocking family secret is revealed.

Guest cast TBA.

IN THE STEAMY BAHAMAS THINGS GET HOT, AND ROMANTIC PAIRINGS ABOUND, ON ABC’S “UGLY BETTY”

Guest Stars Include Shakira, Christie Brinkley and Matt Newton (Becki Newton’s Brother)

“The Bahamas Triangle” — In the steamy Bahamas, the love triangle between Betty, Matt and Amanda explodes, and romantic pairings abound. Things should be dreamy at the Atlantis resort, where even Shakira (portraying herself) is staying, but Betty has a nightmarish photo shoot after Willie learns her nemesis, Penelope Graybridge (Christie Brinkley), snagged a coveted job, and, even more importantly, discovers Connor is very much alive. Marc frets that there is no one on the island for him, but then meets the uber-hot Troy (portrayed by Matt Newton, Becki Newton’s brother), and back home, Hilda draws closer to her old love, Bobby, on “Ugly Betty,” FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring in “The Bahamas Triangle” are Grant Bowler as Connor Owens, Ralph Macchio as Archie Rodriguez, Christie Brinkley as Penelope Graybridge, with Adam Rodriguez as Bobby Talercio, Matt Newton as Troy and Shakira as herself.

A PLANE BARRELS TOWARD WISTERIA LANE, ON ABC’S “DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES”

“Boom Crunch” – Christmas cheer is curtailed when disaster strikes on ABC’s “Desperate Housewives,” SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET). Gaby and Lynette’s friendship is on the brink of collapse; Susan hatches a plan to help an irrational Katherine; Bree and Orson come to an agreement over their marriage; Danny’s vital mistake may cost Angie her freedom; and a plane crashes down on Wisteria Lane, putting lives in peril.

Guest cast TBD.

JUSTIN AND REBECCA’S SPONTANEOUS WEDDING PLANS END IN A SHOCKING TWIST OF FATE FOR ONE OF THE WALKERS, ON ABC’S “BROTHERS & SISTERS”

“Nearlyweds” – In typical Walker fashion, Justin and Rebecca’s on-again, off-again beachside wedding plans take a shocking turn, while Tommy takes a dangerous risk to assure that his daughter is by his side, on “Brothers & Sisters,” SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring are Sarah Jane Morris as Julia, Ken Olin as David Caplan, Trease Baker as Elizabeth Walker, Susan Chuang as Dr. Debra Cho, Liz Laird as the nurse, Maxim Knight as Seth, Jeanne Syquia as the college girl, Steve Spel the EMT, Darryl Alan Reed as Dr. Bob Stanton and Jon Tenney as Dr. Simon Craig.
