It’s been a few days since the latest “Brothers and Sisters” aired. Before I fall further behind, I’m simply going to write up some thoughts on the episode.

So Ryan was back in this episode. Le sigh. I could have done with pretending he never existed honestly. He was up to no good too, sneaking financial documents to some guy who needed them. Is this part of Ryan’s hissy fit plan to destroy William’s company? I kinda got the feeling that Ryan was actually being used by the other guy. Who is that guy? I don’t know why, but I felt it was some long lost/rejected brother of William’s.

I felt Robert was being an ass as usual through most of the episode. Kitty kept trying to tell him about her cancer, but all he was about was himself and the campaign imploding as news of his heart attack was leaked. I was ready for park-dad to come back! By the end of the show it seemed Robert stepped up to the plate and was there for Kitty. However I have to wonder for how long?

Scotty was the one I loved the most in this whole episode frankly. I loved his and Nora’s talk about Kevin being a workaholic and his concerns about that and bringing a child into this world. Kevin said he would not be an absent father as he had one growing up, but he wouldn’t quit his job either. I don’t know, I just wonder if Kevin is able to find balance?

By the end of the episode Nora broke down and told Saul about Kitty’s cancer. When she started crying I admit it, I was crying too! Sally Fields will be up for another Emmy next year for that scene alone!
