Heroes: Invisible Thread – Season Finale

On April 24th, “Heroes” will have its season finale. I’ve given the official NBC release, as well as included a few other odds’n’ends after.

AS “VOLUME 4: FUGITIVES” COMES TO A CLOSE, THE FIGHT TO STOP SYLAR HAS CONSEQUENCES THAT WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING – EMMY AWARD-WINNER ZELJKO IVANEK AND MICHAEL DORN GUEST STAR – Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) faces off against Sylar (Zachary Quinto) to keep him from meeting the President (guest star Michael Dorn). Sylar has his own plans for his new partner. Meanwhile, Hiro (Masi Oka) learns that there are repercussions to regaining his ability. Elsewhere, Matt (Greg Grunberg) is forced to go to extraordinary lengths to protect his future with his family. Jack Coleman, James Kyson Lee, Hayden Panettiere, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Cristine Rose and Milo Ventimiglia also star.

The 5th volume is set to be called “Redemption.” As always, the first few minutes are shown at the close of the last volume. Whose redemption though? Sylar’s? Peter’s?

Sylar is said to kill someone from the original season in the final episodes and it sticks, this person won’t come back.

Hiro and Ando supposedly find some way to combine their powers. I think that has something to do with the blurb about Hiro regaining his ability with consequences perhaps.

Ali Larter (Tracy) is NOT listed in the cast for this episode, but she is still listed in the cast list at the end of the release.

It’s been spoiled by actors that everyone appears together in the final episode, so perhaps we will see Ali?

  1. I love Heroes, but I did NOT like this episode. I don’t like Alice either. Is she suppose to be mentally handicapped or something? I don’t mean that in a bad way, I just don’t understand her behavior at all. If this had been the first episode I had seen I would not have watched Heroes again. Hopefully next week is better.

  2. well she did live in that bunker for about 50 years by herself with no human contact, so i think that would make anyone crazy.

  3. She was alone since her early teen years so the lack of social skills and emotional instability to deal with changing situations is perfectly normal. Its a classic character type really in these type of stories, powerful yet mentally/emotionally hindered character that will need to be brought into the group to accomplish the groups needs. Honestly wouldn’t surprise me if she ended up fighting Syler to save Angela or another one of the family.
