Greys: Heigl Wants To Stay!
At the celebration for the 100th episode of “Grey’s,” Katherine Heigl (Izzie) told the press that she wants to stay on “Grey’s,” but the decision is in the show’s hands. She says she does not know if Izzie will live or die (sounds like we know what the season finale cliffhanger will be!)
Shonda Rhimes would not say what would happen to Izzie. All she would spoil was that the May 7th episode will take place on Meredith and Derek’s wedding day. Of course . . . that doesn’t mean Meredith and Derek will say “I do.”
Ausiello has already spoiler (below) that it’s someone else getting married. I could see MerDer getting called away from their wedding due to a surgery or something, and another couple stepping up in their place.

As much as I want Izzy to stay I don’t know how much I want her to stay without George. When I think of one I think of the other…I am so sad as to how this story is playing out. I understand why she went to Christina because Christina is Ice, but I so wanted to see some interaction with her and George. I miss them. So I say…If Katie stays so does T.R.!!!!!

Are you kidding? I hated that storyline stopped watching all last season because of it, it was despisable. I am so glad that crap is over, they don’t have good chemistry and it wasn’t believable.

I too didn’t like the Izzie/George romance, but I liked the friendship they had before their affair. I would have liked to have seen more of that this season. It’s like George has been marooned on an island of his own this season. Even his friendship with Lexie seems forgotten. Poor George.

I agree, loved the chemistry they had as friends but could not stand it when they were more. Almost made me uncomfortable to watch it. I do miss them as friends though.

I didn’t say I liked them as a couple..that was disgusting..kinda like incest. I hated that story line.Ick!!! I just loved the friendship that those two had before all that..I love those two on screen together..
