Ausiello has spoiled that on the 100th episode of “Grey’s” on May 7th, Meredith and Derek are NOT the couple getting married!

Who do you think it is? If they were to kill Izzie off, I would guess her and Alex. But I just CAN’T see them killing her, it would kill Derek so to speak 🙂

  5. It could be Izzy and Alex because maybe they have her cause of death still cancer related but not due to her brain surgery so Derek wouldn’t be devastated.

  6. Would love it to be McSteamy and lil Grey but i have this feeling its gonna be Alex and Izzy, the total disappointment that that will be. I’m loving the Christina and Owen story line, the country is at war and the people that come back are a part of our society so its nice to not see them ignored or brushed over, don’t get me wrong i was yelling for Christina to hit him with the lamp while being choked. Maybe her breaking it off will be enough to force him to deal with the issues he came back with after the war.

  8. Alex and Izzie seems to be the most obvious but I don’t know if they would go that route if Katherine Heigl winds up leaving the show. Possibly the Chief and Adele, but I couldn’t imagine a whole episode behind it….although I did hear a rumor about the Chief and his future on the show, but who knows…
