Hell’s Kitchen: The Final 2

Hell’s Kitchen: The Final 2

So last night Jen went home, putting Rock and Bonnie in the final two next week. Honestly I’m a bit shocked that Bonnie made it into the final two as she made so many bone-headed mistakes over the entire season. However Jen made her fare share of mistakes and really messed up a lot last night, so I guess I see why she went home. Rock, uhg. I always expected him to win. I just don’t want him to because he’s shown himself to be a jackass in my opinion. Next week it looks like all the former contestants return and the two finalists choose them to be on their teams. Oh boy! THAT will be some major drama as you know some of them won’t be happy to be back and working under Rock and Bonnie.

Desperate Housewives Gets A Little Gay(er)

Desperate Housewives Gets A Little Gay(er)

AfterElton.com has some quotes from “Desperate Housewives” creator Marc Cherry about what to expect in the new season. We already know Bree is getting new neighbors, a family who once lived on Wisteria Lane years ago (Nathan Fillion, Dana Delaney and Lyndsey Fonesca). Bree clashes with the mother, who she sees as a rival, while Julie recalls a friendship with the daughter. There is going to be a mystery involving something with the daughter, so it seems.

Another new family is moving in next season, a gay couple! There is no word on who will play them, but they will move into the Applewhite’s old house and be Susan’s new neighbors. One of the pair will also clash with Susan, it seems they will NOT get along.

Big Brother: POV Results (Spoilers!)

Big Brother: POV Results (Spoilers!)

So it looks like today they did the POV competition. Jameka stayed true to her word it seems and saved Jen. I believe Dustin has put up Nick up. Dustin said he had lied to everyone in the house and played all sides, he can’t be trusted. If it’s not Nick who is up, it’s Zack. I’m pretty sure it’s Nick though.

Nick was shown comforting Amber, who is in bed and in tears over whatever happened at the POV I guess.

Big Brother: Dustin’s Nominations (Spoilers!)

Big Brother: Dustin’s Nominations (Spoilers!)

So Dustin has nominated Kail and Jen again. Dustin explained to Jen that the reason he put them both back up was more about him than anything. He didn’t want to make any enemies in the house, that is why he put them up. He felt he couldn’t trust Kail, he wasn’t sure who she was striking deals with. As for Jen, he told her that he put her up because he knew she wouldn’t hold a grudge. He also told her that he felt last time she was on the block she finally opened herself up to people in the house and reached out, this would give her more of an opportunity to do so and form bonds with people. Well that’s what he told her. She apparently broke down when she was put up again, later claiming it is because she’s on her period.

It seems right now the POV is going on, as there are no feeds. When I find out how it turns out I’ll be sure to update!

*update* Jameka did in fact win the POV. Unfortunately she apparently told Jen if she won she’d use it to save her, and is now keeping her word. She thinks it is God’s will. Dick is furious with her right now it seems.

*update 2* Amber is crying again for some reason. It’s time for Amber to go home!

Spoilerish! Even though the painter Issac Mendez is dead dead dead on “Heroes,” Tim Sale, the artist who actually did the paintings for the show, tells SciFi Wire that in Season 2 he’ll still be painting for the show. Remember, both Sylar and Peter have the ability to paint the future as well after absorbing Issac’s powers!

Welcome To The Parker

Welcome To The Parker

Posted by Dustin on 07.27.2007 at 9:39 pm

So last night I watched this new reality show on Bravo called “Welcome to the Parker.” I like a lot of the Bravo shows, the problem is they are kinda hard to do a weekly recap/commentary on. Of course when the new “Project Runway” starts I WILL be doing that one weekly here. Anyways this new show was very interesting, and if you are looking for something to watch give it a shot. It’s about the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs. It’s a very posh hotel where the rich celebrities/people go to stay for a weekend or what not. It’s a behind the scenes look at how the hotel industry works, how they have to bend over backwards to please people and how they have to deal with people who think the client/guest is always right. It was entertaining to say the least! In the pilot a food critic came to stay at the hotel and basically taste everything on their menu to do a review. Also they had some yuppie ping pong tournament going on, which consisted of middle age men getting drunk and trashing a suite at the hotel. It was insane. From the previews for the whole season it looks to be a wild ride.
