So the bottom three this week were Lakisha, Blake and Sanjaya. Sanjaya no shocker, the other two . . . wow! Then it came down to Lakisha and Sanjaya . . . . OMG! However in the end Sanjaya’s run finally came to an end.

So I wonder what the ratings will look like from now on? Lets be honest, half the audience has been watching because of Sanjaya.

  1. I don’t know about the ratings, but I will actually either watch or record on the DVR the results shows now finally. I wouldn’t record them because week after week Sanjaya was never even in the bottom 2 or 3 for that matter, so I made a vow to myself that I would not record or watch the results shows until Sanjaya got the boot regardless of who the guest to sing was!! Finally, I can watch the results shows again or at least record them!! I think it should be Blake, Melinda, and Jordin in the final 3. I really like Jordin and I think she is great. I like Melinda because she is never bad, but she is so routine for me. It’s the same old, come out and sing some older song or in a style I wouldn’t even listen to (and forget me buying the CD of) and then act surprised that it was good. How much of that can one take? Then Blake, he’s unique and refreshing, but still I wouldn’t be rushing out to buy that CD either. Now with Jordin, I’d definitely buy the CD and actually looking forward to it. All it took for me was her singing “I Who Have Nothing” and giving me goosebumps and that it was it!

  2. THANK GOODNESS is all I have to say, did Sanjaya actually think he could sing? And what were the judges thinking in the beginning to send him to Hollywood, but whatever he’s gone. Everyone was soooo shocked to see Lakisha and Blake in the bottom 3, well it has to be somebody and now that Haley the hooker is gone all thats really left is Phil. Heres the order I predict to go, next gone Phil, Chris, Lakisha leaving Blake, Melinda And Jordan in the final 3. I would really like to see Blake or Jordan win it tho, Melinda is good, but she’s not my style.
